As you may know I LOVE crafting, but even more so I love when I have a reason to craft (especially if it has anything to do with weddings!). I made most of the decorations for Natalie’s Bridal Shower, as well as the Fabric Flowers for her wedding! So when I received personalized gifts for our wedding, I was absolutely touched. A month or two ago I posted about these very frames! The one frame is a beautiful handmade glass frame that entirely surpasses my talents to recreate, but the other is right up my alley! The beautiful handmade wedding frame with our name and wedding date on it was originally from Target, but after failing to find it there, I found an unpainted version at Michaels!

I can’t even tell you how excited I was to find it ESPECIALLY since my friends were getting married AND I could personalize it for their wedding. Even though it took me quite a few months after their wedding to actually get it to them, it only took a short while to make it!

The supplies that I used was the frame from Michaels, acrylic paint (for the background), carbon paper and a sharpie paint pen (extra fine point) for the text!

I applied a bit of paint as a background and used carbon paper to transfer the words and just filled the outline in with the paint pen after! I absolutely love how it turned out and will definitely be considering these for future presents too!
