This past weekend we ventured into the city for a beautiful fall wedding! Chrissy chose to have her girls in a wine color and I absolutely loved it! It may not have felt quite like fall, but when we got to the Downtown Club, there was no denying the season!!
How they met and the proposal
Chrissy and Tom met online and after talking on the phone for an entire week, they decided to go on their first date! Tom remembers being anxious to meet Chrissy and Chrissy’s heart was racing as she walked up and finally met Tom in person. They spent an evening out casually talking for… eight hours! After dating for a while, Tom started planning the perfect proposal. They went out to dinner with her family and everyone knew what was coming, except Chrissy! Tom asked Chrissy to go for a walk on the beach and under the stars Chrissy found herself saying YES :)
Their Fall Downtown Club Wedding
This wedding was full of so many beautiful things that I’m not even sure where to start! Chrissy’s dress was absolutely beautiful, and had the most unique straps I’ve ever seen, let alone the exquisite beading. We arrived at Hotel Monaco where she was getting ready to find her concerned about everyone BUT herself! Chrissy is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet and it was so fitting that she wasn’t concerned with how SHE was doing at all. Every part of the wedding from the details to the bridesmaids dresses, to the reception decor flowed seamlessly together! Just wait until you see all of the beautiful things! :) One of my favorite parts of their reception was not only the awesome entertainment from the Juliano Brothers, but the fact that both Chrissy and her mom wanted to hire the South Philly String Band to surprise the other!
