There many things about this wedding that I absolutely LOVED! First, let’s just chat about how absolutely stunning the Anthony Wayne House is! I’m pretty sure that if I could only ever photographed weddings there, it wouldn’t be the worst thing :P. Second, if you’ve ever visited my house you’d know that my favorite color is blue… dusty blue to be exact, with gold accents. SO when I saw Erin’s vision come to life with her dusty blue bridesmaids dresses and gold accents… I was in absolute heaven! Not to mention the loose florals that were absolutely STUNNING. I’d definitely go back to the Anthony Wayne House for a wedding any day!

How They Met & The Proposal

Erin and Michael met during law school when Erin organized a bar crawl and Michael was a happy attendee. They knew from the moment they met that there was something special about the other. These two love to travel and on one of their trips they found themselves in Seattle. They decided to visit the oldest skyscraper in Seattle and at the top they were greeted by the most beautiful view of Mt. Rainer. Surprisingly they had the observation deck to themselves when Michael got down on one knee!

Their Anthony Wayne House Wedding

With all of the rain in the last few weeks we were hoping and praying for a dry day for this beautiful outdoor wedding at the Anthony Wayne House. Honestly, it was the PERFECT fall day! I just loved how the dusty blue bridesmaids dresses looked against the stone of the house and how crisp the groomsmen’s suits were. Erin chose a cathedral length veil since she fell in love with a simple gown, and MAN did I love both. I also couldn’t get over how perfect their reception tent at the Anthony Wayne House was. I love tents that have a few clear panels, and when you add a floral hoop, its a definite recipe for success. Add in garlands of greenery and once again, I’m in heaven!
