Brandi and Joe had the perfect Links at Gettysburg wedding. Their main color was lime green and it meshed so perfectly with every aspect of the day! The temperature was perfect with a little breeze and when Brandi arrived she was beaming! Their saying of the day was to have a “Lifetime of Hoppiness.” They absolutely love home brewing and incorporated it so well into their wedding day! Joe had wheat and hops in his boutonniere. Brandi’s bouquet was actually one of my favorites this year too! It was the perfect mix of rustic elegance.
Brandi and Joe currently live in Maryland and attended a friends wedding in Gettysburg and absolutely fell in love with the area! They knew that they wanted their wedding there and decided the Links at Gettysburg would be the perfect wedding venue for them. I would have to agree :) The view from the ceremony location is just beautiful! We did have one hiccup when it was the end of the night and we realized we never got any ring shots! When I was doing details earlier in the day, we realized the rings were with the guys who hadn’t arrived yet! So in the pitch black we set up some lights and got some pretty great shots!
Every time I think about their wedding as I edit their photos I find myself smiling. It was clear their families already fully accepted each into their own. The hugs, the laughs and the tears were all bred from the love these two share and the prospect of their future together. Did I mention that they had THE BEST parent dances?! They both broke out into some epically choreographed dances with their parents and had the crowd going wild!!
To Brandi and Joe, we absolutely loved sharing in the excitement of your wedding day. You two are absolutely perfect together and it shows through even with your families! It was such an honor to witness in the joining of you two as husband and wife and we wish you all the love and happiness from your wedding day to continue throughout your marriage!
