Over SIX years ago this love story started. Laura & Jimmy met in Atlantic City, so we thought it was only fitting to revisit the same place it all started for their engagement session!

Six years ago, both Laura and Jimmy each ended up at the casinos in Atlantic City with mutual friends for a fun night! Their entire group met up and the rest is history :P For their first date Jimmy invited Laura to a campfire at a friend’s house. A few days later he not only invited her over to his apartment, BUT cooked her favorite meal. He topped it off with a romantic candle and music! The most wonderful start to what would be forever…

One important thing about Laura and Jimmy is their adorable daughter Kennedy! (I can’t wait to meet her!) The three of them were on vacation in Wildwood with their daughter and after a climb to the top of a lighthouse with a beautiful view last summer, he finally asked her to marry him!!

their Atlantic City Engagement

Spoiler alert… This was my FIRST time to Atlantic City and it was wonderful! I may not have hit the casinos but I was able to enjoy spending time with this lovely couple with the BEST weather! We met up at Brighton Park, which had the cutest fountain before heading down the boardwalk. Laura’s navy blue dress match perfectly with this blue door we found on the boardwalk! My favorite part of this entire session was the very end! The sun had already set and the lights along the boardwalk were coming on. I saw in the distance the most perfect set of string lights draped across the boardwalk and I just knew we HAD to stop! Seriously some of my favorite images ever!!
