Since yesterday was a beautiful (and unexpected!) snow day, I thought it was about time to blog this winter wedding at Harvest View Farm! I had the pleasure of second shooting with Adrienne Matz Photography last year and this wedding was the perfect winter wedding in Elizabethtown!
Their Harvest View Farm Wedding
This wedding was just before Christmas and there were trees throughout the venue all lit up. I just love the blurry lights! The night before, it had snowed, so we made sure to arrive early JUST in case. It was my and Adrienne’s first time at Harvest View Barn, so we had loved having a little extra time to explore the beautiful grounds! We walked around, and absolutely loved how perfect and crisp everything was with the snow. It was so fun to incorporate some of the newly fallen snow into some ring shots too!
Nikki and Michael shared their first look outside of the barn and were so relaxed and happy to see each other. We walked around outside to take some beautiful (and snowy!) couples portraits before photographing the entire wedding party, and MAN were they troopers! We were all bundled up and warm, while the girls just had their scarves to keep them warm.
In an effort not to freeze all of their closest friends and family, their ceremony was inside the barn. The stone wall at Harvest View Farm was the perfect backdrop for a wonderful couple to be joined as one! The barn was decorated beautifully for their reception and I loved that their favors at the tables were little bottles of hot sauce! They ended their night with a romantic sparkler sendoff (after PLENTY of dancing!).
