With the warm weather we’ve been having, I was so afraid that Gina and Jeff’s wedding at The Conservatory at Sussex County Fairgrounds was going to be unbearable, but they had wonderful weather! I love this trend of softer colors and Gina’s choice for blush bridesmaids gowns was stunning. The Conservatory was so much more than I imagined! Glass walls, wood details and the perfect backdrop to a sweetheart table! (Seriously, the florals were on POINT!)
How they Met & The Proposal
Gina and Jef met in high school (man do I love a good high school sweetheart story!). Jeff was a few years older and always had an eye on Jeff. After a few years of dating Jeff decided to pop the question just before Gina’s birthday. After dinner together, Jeff suggested they go for a walk. They walked out to the lake near their house, when Jeff stopped to look a tsome writing in the sand. He pointed to it and asked her, “what does that one say?” Gina innocently turned around to relay the message of “Will you marry me?” she found Jeff on one knee and realized the question was for her!!
Their Sussex County Conservatory Wedding
From the beautiful florals to the blush bridesmaids dresses, Gina and Jeff’s wedding at Sussex County Fairgrounds was beautiful! Both of them were so nervous before their first look. The day that they had been planning for months, the day that marks the start of their lives together was here and they were about to see each other!! Their last moments apart on their wedding day were spent reading the letters they wrote to each other. As Gina read Jeff’s letter to her she had to pause and say “We totally wrote the same thing to each other!” … I would say that is a sign that they’re meant for each other!
