How crazy is it that this was my last wedding of 2020?! It was such a weird season and felt like it never even got started, but it was so good to spend my last wedding of 2020 the same way I did my last wedding of 2019… at the Lodges at Gettysburg!
How They Met & The Proposal
Allie and Kevin met during their senior year of college in a history class. Neither of their majors required that class but fate had a way of bringing them together. They started showing up earlier and earlier to class so they could have extra time to get to know each other. These two also love their pets SO much that they had to be a part of the proposal. They took a walk at the dog park when Kevin asked her to be his! Their dog jumped on Kevin before Allie could get her YES in :P
Their Lodges at Gettysburg Wedding
Allie and Kevin do not like to be in the spotlight, so throwing a party to celebrate the two of them was totally out of their comfort zone! (I can totally relate!) Instead of having a large bridal party, Allie and Kevin had three close friends and their pups as part of their bridal party. I love that they centered their wedding around all the things they love. They made their three dogs a central part of their celebration, they had the cutest greenery collars and were actually part of the wedding party! I think you’ll love this wedding as much as I did!!
