It may finally be spring, but we’re sharing another winter wedding today! In December we had the pleasure of assisting Adrienne Matz Photography once again at the Phoenixville Foundry.
I started my day with Joe and his groomsmen at a nearby hotel. They talked lots of football as they got ready and we headed to Steph and Joe’s house. They have the most beautiful little lake across from their house where they chose to to share in their first look. There was a soft (and chilly!) breeze, but Steph braved the chill and walked up to tap her groom on the shoulder. Their embrace was so sweet and they couldn’t wait to get started with photos! We wandered along the bank of the beautiful lake, which even had swans!
Their wedding party walked down and joined us by the lake for a few photos in the chilly winter air before we headed to the church for Steph and Joe to get married!! They had an absolutely beautiful ceremony with a few tears as these two were wed as one. After their ceremony we headed to Phoenixville Foundry for more gorgeous portraits of the entire wedding party!
Their Phoenixville Foundry Wedding
Phoenixville Foundry is such a beautiful venue! Not only do they have massive chandeliers but the cocktail hour space is the balcony overlooking the reception room. Steph and Joe’s sweetheart table was decorated with a beautiful sequin tablecloth and a single flower on each of their plates. Steph was a swimmer and each of their table numbers was also accompanied by a different swimming style. With such a beautiful building, we just had to get some photos of the entire wedding party in front of Pheonixville Foundry before heading over to the bridge with just Steph and Joe for some romantic sunset portraits! I loved getting to know a little about these two before they danced the night away!
