Man oh man did we have some BEAUTIFUL engagement sessions this year! One of my favorite parts about our wedding experience is the engagement session! You only have a short time that you’ll be engaged, and it is worth celebrating! Many of my couples live in different parts of the state or across the U.S. and most of the time the engagement session is the first time we have a chance to meet. How perfect? We get to chat about wedding plans, your love and have a wonderful time capturing some beautiful moments.
We started this year of beautiful engagements when we filmed our first promo film! Let me just say… it was SO weird being not only in front of the camera, but ALSO to have everything I was doing recorded!! I always find it humbling to be reminded of what my couples go through nearly every time they see me :P
There were so many awesome locations that we travelled to for engagement sessions this year including Rittenhouse Square, Old City Philadelphia, Fort Hunter Park, Springton Manor Farm, Longwood Gardens, Ash Mill Farm, Cira Green, Linwood Estate, Rose Tree Park, Fairmount Park, Pennypack Trust, Atlantic City, Valley Forge National Park, Historic Smithton Inn, Sterlingbrook Farm, Moonstone Manor, Hershey Gardens, Gettysburg Battlefield, Battlefield Bed and Breakfast, and Philadelphia Magic Gardens. (Whew! I think I got all of them!)
If you’re still deciding on a location for your engagement session, definitely check out our best types of locations post! I love nothing more than discovering new places, but I also love re-discovering old places with new faces. Our first engagement of 2017 is coming up in just a few weeks and I couldn’t be more excited!!
